You care deeply about the people you lead and the mission you serve but lately, the weight feels heavier than it should.
Your team is committed, yet things feel scattered.
Projects linger without clarity.
Decisions are made in the moment instead of with intention.
And delegation feels hard because everything still runs through you.
You don’t need to work harder.
You need space to lead with: clarity, structure, and support.
I work alongside small businesses, non-profits and ministry leaders to help them shepherd people well while stewarding their time, systems, and resources wisely.
Whether we’re mapping a strategic path forward or addressing specific needs like hiring or operational systems, my role is to help you move from overwhelm to clarity, without losing the heart behind the work.
Time is your most valuable asset- reclaim it
Stop drowning in endless to-do lists & lets get strategic about whats most important
scale - Let’s build a foundation that sets you up for longterm success
What Does a Director of Operations Really Do?
A Director of Operations doesn’t just manage tasks, they help leaders build organizations that can grow without losing their mission, their people, or themselves in the process.
As a certified Project Manager and certified Operations Director, I partner with small businesses, nonprofits and faith-based leaders to bring clarity where things feel complex and structure where growth feels heavy.
I work as a strategic right hand, helping you:
Align daily operations with your mission and long-term goals
Design systems that support your team instead of burdening them
Clarify roles, ownership, and priorities
Build a realistic roadmap for sustainable growth
Sometimes this looks like stepping back to map strategy and identify bottlenecks. Other times, it means stepping in to support focused project work such as hiring, onboarding, or strengthening key systems.
My approach is grounded in what I call The Shepherd and Steward Model: leading people with care while stewarding resources, systems, and growth with wisdom and intention.
Together, we build a foundation that allows your organization to operate with clarity, confidence, and sustainability, without the constant overwhelm.

How We Turn Clarity Into Action
Clarity is only helpful if it leads to meaningful progress.
Once we’ve identified what matters most, I help leaders thoughtfully operationalize their strategy. Ensuring systems, people, and priorities are aligned and moving in the same direction.
This may include support in areas such as:
Process
Alignment CAll
We’ll start with a conversation to ensure our goals and expectations are aligned. It’s a time to understand where your business is and identify what feels heavy and whether my support is the right next step for your organization.
Strategic Planning
Through the Strategic Mapping process we will assess your organization across seven core areas covering areas such as: mission alignment, operations, team capacity, systems, and growth readiness.
The outcome is clarity. You will not leave with a to-do list but with a plan to address what truly matters.
Discerned next steps
Based on what we uncover, I’ll recommend the level of support that best serves your organization and whether that’s strategic guidance, focused project work (such as hiring or systems setup) or a combination of both.
You’ll leave with a clear path forward, shared direction for your team, and confidence in the decisions ahead.
