Hi, I’m Alexandra. For over a decade, I’ve helped organizations simplify complexity by bringing clarity, structure, and systems. I ’ve been a thought partner, strategic guide, and steady presence when leadership feels overwhelming.
Whether the work involves implementing a new system, coordinating stakeholders, improving a workflow, or launching a program, my strength is stepping into complexity and creating order.
Peak Efficiency Partners exists for organizations where the work has outgrown the structure supporting it and where leaders come to move from reactive decision-making to intentional, sustainable leadership. My clients will tell you that I am constantly asking: Is this sustainable?
How I work
Engineers solve the technical problem. I help make sure the project actually moves and the deliverables are achieved.
When I step into a project, I look for what's getting in the way: unclear ownership, information stuck in spreadsheets or in people's heads, priorities that compete, handoffs that drop. Then I build the structure to fix it. That means clear roles, visible milestones, reliable reporting, and a communication rhythm the team can actually keep.
The goal is never more process for its own sake. It's enough structure that the work keeps moving and everyone’s clear on what they own and what they are working towards.
Where I fit
I invest time in understanding what the experts need and are trying to accomplish. I then identify what's in their way, and create the structure to move the work forward.
That's why I work well alongside engineering, operations, and field teams. They carry the technical depth, and I keep the project, the people, and the priorities connected.
Built to Scale With Your Project
Most of my work is led directly by me, so you're always working with the person accountable for the outcome, with no account layers in between.
For larger or multi-workstream initiatives, I bring in vetted contractors and partners as needed. Capacity grows with the project instead of the project waiting on capacity.
Background
My experience spans healthcare technology implementation, client success, and program management for a structured training and onboarding program at a children's hospital. In each role, I owned complex work with many stakeholders and kept it moving. I hold a CAPM certification and a Certified Director of Operations credential.
